What exactly is Saltong?

Saltong can be played online for free. Saltong Mini is easier to play than the other game variants. This is because the words in this game are shorter, there are fewer alternatives, and perfect guessing needs less deduction. It is intended for gamers that like speedier action and shorter word puzzles.

Similar to other Saltong game modifications such as Wordle, you guess by inputting a four-letter Filipino word. The game gives you feedback after each attempt, allowing you to track your progress and adjust your future predictions.

Gameplay

• In six turns, try to figure out SALTONG.
• Each guessable word must contain at least five letters. To send, press the Enter key.
• After each move, the color of the tiles will change to show how close you were to the correct answer.
• The blue letter is in the word and in the correct position in one example.
• The yellow letter is there in the word, but it is in the incorrect location.
• Because there are no letters in the word, the letters are gray.
