What exactly is Skribbl.io?

Skribbl.io is a multiplayer online sketching and guessing game.

A basic game consists of a few rounds in which a player must draw their chosen word and others must guess it to earn points!

Gameplay Guidelines

Keep an eye out for someone starting to draw. Each player will take turns sketching, with only one person drawing at a time. Skip to the drawing phase if it is your turn to draw.

The top of the page has dashes indicating how many letters are in the word and which letters you correctly guessed.
Click the green thumbs-up or red thumbs-down icons to share your thoughts on the drawing.

Guess the word using the artwork and the dashes/letters. Fill in the blanks in the lower right text box labeled "Type your guess here." You have an endless amount of guesses, so try again if you get it wrong.

For successfully guessing the word, you will gain points!
Letters will replace dashes as you predict words containing letters in the hidden word.
If a player correctly guesses the word, the notification "PLAYER has correctly guessed the word" will show. Players who have not received the round's word will not see that person's messages.
If you type a string of words or misspell a term, your guess will be rejected (though it may show that you're close).

Select a phrase when it is your turn. You can draw one of three words that are generated at random.

Make a word illustration. Draw the image as precisely as you can. You can improve your drawing by experimenting with different colors and tools.
