Absurdle is a word-guessing game similar to Wordle, but it is more random. You have an unlimited number of guesses, and the game can go on indefinitely until you find the correct word. It was made by a designer going by the alias "qntm." Consider it a Wordle ruleset alternative - a game that sharpens the original premise into a terrifying machiavellian scheme. The gambit is complicated, but I'll try to explain it as best I can.

Wordle focuses on a single word, which the player tries to deduce by removing letters from the board. Absurdle, on the other hand, never selects a specific answer, instead narrowing the list of potential solutions with each entry as much as possible.

It is highly unlikely that a player will receive an immediate response. It tricked you into thinking you were choosing the correct word, but each time you guessed, an internal list of words shrank, extending gameplay until you found the correct one. This process is repeated until you have completed the game and are left with the only letters that can be combined to form the word for that challenge. How do you approach Absurd?

Because there are so many different letter combinations and words with no indication, it is possible to give up or restart.
