What exactly is Avoidle?

Avoidle demands players to use as many other words as they can before the Avoid word becomes the only one left.

Gameplay Guidelines

The goal is to type four five-letter words while avoiding the bottom red letters and using as many other letters as possible. Red letters can be used, but they will not boost your score. You can get up to 20 points, but you will not receive points for repeating a letter.

As seen on the keyboard, each letter in a word earns points based on its rarity, with fewer common letters getting more points than more common letters. The goal of the game is to collect as many points as possible.

Three rules must be followed when playing Avoidle. To begin, players may use letters not found in the Avoid word up to three times. Second, if a player utilizes a letter from an Avoid word, they may do so as many times as they like, but they must continue to use it in the words that follow. Finally, if a letter appears in the same position in the Avoid word, it must also appear in the following words.

Hints are available every three words, and players can accumulate hints during the game.
