City Hero

In City Hero, you become a powerful superhero with the freedom to explore a huge 3D metropolis, chase criminals, and take on dangerous enemies. Race through busy streets, swing between tall buildings, climb onto rooftops, and jump into action whenever trouble appears. Every corner offers a new place to explore, and every mission gives you another chance to prove that you're the city's true hero.

If you enjoy open-world superhero games, exciting battles, and free-roaming adventures, City Hero puts you right in the middle of the action.

Explore a Huge 3D City

Forget staying in one place. City Hero lets you move around a sprawling urban environment filled with streets, rooftops, alleys, and different neighborhoods. You can wander through the city, discover new locations, and decide where to go next.

The open-world design gives you plenty of freedom. Travel along the roads, explore hidden corners, or climb high above the traffic to see the city from a different angle. Instead of simply following a straight path, you can experiment with different routes and find your own way around the metropolis.

The city becomes your playground, but danger is never too far away!

Swing Between Buildings Like a Superhero

One of the most exciting features of City Hero online is its rope-swinging movement. Use your rope to travel between buildings, reach elevated rooftops, and move quickly across the urban landscape.

Getting around on foot can take time, especially when your next objective is far away. Swinging gives you another way to cover ground and reach places that would otherwise be difficult to access.

Mastering your movement also helps during dangerous encounters. You can approach enemies from a better position, escape a crowded fight, or climb to higher ground when the streets become too dangerous. The more confidently you move, the easier it becomes to explore the city.

Take Down Criminals and Dangerous Enemies

A superhero's job is never finished. Criminals and threatening adversaries are waiting throughout the city, and it's up to you to stop them.

Enter combat, defeat hostile enemies, and complete objectives as you work to protect the streets. Some situations may require you to move carefully, while others call for quick action. Knowing when to fight and when to reposition yourself can make a real difference.

Don't forget that your movement abilities are useful during combat, too. Use the rope to change your position, reach higher areas, or get away from dangerous situations before they overwhelm you.

Every encounter is an opportunity to improve your skills and become a more capable hero.
