What exactly is Sqword?

Sqword is a word puzzle game in which you must fill a grid one at a time with cards from a deck. Each card has one or two letters. Jokers allow you to select a letter. You must place each card in the grid to get the correct words vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. To earn more points, play Sqword and try to make as many words as you can!

The number of words you use and the length of each one determine your score in Sqword. Players earn points for each phrase they create, with the longer the phrase earning more points. You will earn more points if you use all of the cards to fill the grid.

Gameplay Guidelines

Fill in the grid with as many three-, four-, and five-letter words as you can using the lettered cards you were given. For a maximum of 50 points, words can be formed horizontally (from left to right) or vertically (from top to bottom). Once a letter has been placed, it cannot be moved.

After the last letter is written on the board, it will be graded. Each word is scored according to the number of letters it contains (for example, a four-letter word is worth four points), and each line is scored according to the largest word in it.
